  • ご予約のキャンセル・変更をされる場合は必ず前日までにご連絡をお願い致します。
  • ご予約時間の15分前にはお越しください。
  • 体験レッスンはお一人様1回限りとさせていただきます。
  • 食事はできるだけ3時間前までには済ませるようにしてください。
  • ご不明な点はご遠慮なくお問い合わせください。
・Trial lessons allow new students to make informed decisions about whether or not to become a member. To make a reservation,
txt azabuyoga.kobe@ and ask for the time and day most convenient for you. Please plan to arrive twenty minutes before the scheduled starting time for your lesson. If you have not arrived by ten minutes after your reserved time, we will be forced to consider your lesson cancelled. Always call us as soon as possible if you would like to change your reservation. Lessons can always be rescheduled. Trial lessons are limited to one time per person and are required of all new students, regardless of skill level. Students already familiar with Bikram’s beginner series still need to come for a trial lesson, but may enjoy the privileges of intermediate/advanced students immediately upon joining our studio.



  • ヨガマットは無料レンタルいたします。
  • レンタルタオルは有料です。
  • スタジオで用意があるもの:
・Large beach/bath towel; light clothing that is easy to move in (remember the heat — no heavy sweatpants!); a change of underwear for after your lesson; an extra towel for the shower or to rub off; water to drink. For sanitary reasons, we require that you use a yoga mat under your towel. We have these mats in the studio and will provide you with one free of charge, but you may bring your own if you prefer. The studio offers water for purchase and towels for rent.
